Erryn is an admitted conveyancer and has always had a passion for property law and property related matters.

Erryn ran a large conveyancing department in a prominent Durban legal firm for several years prior to establishing his own conveyancing department in this firm. Erryn has a great deal of experience in the full range of property related matters. Erryn has assisted developers to get their developments off the ground, from:

  • assisting with obtaining approvals in terms of the Development Facilitation Act,
  • drafting of Homeowners Association Constitution and Rules,
  • Body Corporate Management and Conduct Rules to drafting of sale agreements
  • and obtaining bank approvals for both development finance and end-user mortgage finance.

Erryn has been involved in the full range of development types from the usual small, medium and large sectional title developments, freehold developments, complex real right developments (both residential and commercial) to township establishments.

Erryn has always enjoyed support from a large number of private clients to large estate agencies who have entrusted Erryn with inter alia the transfer of their and their client's properties and registration of mortgage bonds. At the core of this relationship is Erryn and his department's focus on the absolute need for transactions to be registered in the shortest time possible.
