How can I become a client of your firm?
Choosing the right law firm to represent you and your case is a critical decision to make. We understand that your case is important to you and choosing the right firm and attorneys to represent you could make the difference for your case. At Zeiler Jankey we promote an open-door policy where ongoing interactions and communication leads to a happy client!
When is it time to hire a lawyer?
You should contact a lawyer when you feel as though your rights have been breached or when you believe your freedom has been compromised or your finances have been jeopardized. It is not advisable to tackle any legal issues on your own. There are no second chances in the legal system, so it is important to navigate through the process with informed decision making. It is also important to refrain from signing any legal documents without having a lawyer look at it first.
How long will my case take?
The amount of time that a legal proceeding can take differs largely from case to case due to the very unique facts of each case.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for over a decade. Zeiler Jankey Attorneys & Conveyancers was established in 2007. Erryn Zeiler and Vaughn Jankey both were partners/directors in prominent Durban law firms prior to establishing their own firm.
How often will I receive updates on my case?
Personal interaction with clients, where possible, facilitates a proper understanding of the legal process and results in less dissatisfaction as an enlightened client is generally a happy client. We facilitate communication with our clients when we receive updates on the case.
What is expected of me as a client of your firm?
